Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor it is submitted to another conference or journal for consideration. (otherwise, a detail explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor during submission).
  • All authors have read and approved the paper being submitted to JAREE.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • I confirm that I fully agree with the three policies. The first deals with multiple submissions or publications of the same work; the second deals with plagiarism; and the third deals with electronic posting of papers on author websites. I understand that authors are responsible for understanding and complying with these policies. I understand that failure to comply with these policies may lead to penalties on future publication in JAREE.

JAREE Author Guidelines (updated October 2021) - please also read the Submission Preparation Checklist below the guidelines.

The following information is provided to help you with the paper submission:

  1. Paper must be written in English. Please make sure your paper is fully written in English, including any figures.
  2. The length of submitted JAREE paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 8 pages.
  3. All papers should follow JAREE template (updated October 2021).

    The paper should be written with the following structure: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion, followed by Acknowledgement (if any) and References. Please make sure all references, figures, tables, and equations are referred to in the text.

    Abstract: Write a concise summary of the research paper, covering background, methods, and results. Abstract maximum length is 250 words and should be composed in a single paragraph. In the abstract, avoid the use of references, footnotes, or math.

    Keywords: Keywords are alphabetically ordered and maximum is five words.

    Introduction: Introduction section covers background or motivation of the research, purpose and methods of the research, followed by concise literature review which justify the research contribution. Research contribution should be stated clearly.

    Methods: Methods section covers the methodology of the research, including any materials needed. Methods section do not need to include details on common knowledge or basic theory, but it should include the details of how the research is performed

    Results and Discussion: When presenting and discussing results, give in depth analysis, not only reporting the results.

    Conclusions: Ensure that the conclusion is related to the title, purpose, and contribution of the paper.

    Acknowledgement: Authors can acknowledge people or organizations providing support for the research.

    References: Please use reference software such as Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, or any other similar software. Use number style citation in the paper. It is recommended that the minimum number of references is 15 entries, preferably consisting of more journal articles, and published within the last 10 years. Reference style is IEEE style (using citation number).

  4. Paper similarity index is below 20%.
